Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States. There is no minimum purchase.

Preparation and delivery

We prepare orders for dispatch in up to 3 business days. After dispatch, transit takes about 7 business days. Estimated delivery is 7 to 10 business days from order confirmation, including preparation and transit.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays.

Where we ship

We ship to United States addresses available at checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping through our online store.

Your shipping address

Please enter a complete shipping address, including any apartment or suite number. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to change the address once an order has entered fulfillment.

Help with a delivery

If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us resolve damage or item issues. We will explain the next steps before asking you to return anything.
