Morning Land needs a sunrise
Billy Hatcher is pulled into Morning Land, a world where Dark Raven and his army of Crows have trapped the Chicken Elders and stopped the morning from coming. Wearing a chicken suit that lets him handle giant eggs, Billy sets out to free the elders and bring back the sunrise. He teams up with Rolly Roll, Chick Patrick and Bantam Scooter and travels through stages like Forest Village, Pirates Island, Dino Mountain, Blizzard Castle and Circus Park. Each world ends with a boss fight against one of Dark Raven's creatures.
Roll, grow and hatch
Almost everything revolves around the eggs. Billy rolls an egg ahead of him to plow through Crows, and rolling it over fruit makes it grow. Once an egg is big enough, he hatches it, and out comes an animal helper, a power-up or an extra life. Some hatched animals attack with fire or ice, and others help reach new areas. Each world is split into several missions, and Emblems of Courage reward clearing them. A split-screen battle mode lets up to four players roll eggs at each other.
Disc, saves and Wii compatibility
Billy Hatcher uses a GameCube memory card for saves, so keep one with free space nearby. Look at the disc's playing surface for deep scratches or cracks near the center hole. It plays on the GameCube and on original Wii models with GameCube controller ports, but not on the Wii Mini, the later Wii without GameCube ports or the Wii U. The case and manual are included only if the title says so.
