From Onett to Giygas
Ness wakes up one night when a meteorite crashes on the hill above Onett, and a bee from the future named Buzz Buzz warns him that Giygas threatens the world. The journey takes him through Twoson, Threed and Fourside, then to the beach resort of Summers, the desert of Scaraba and beyond. Paula, Jeff and Poo join along the way, and Ness records melodies for the Sound Stone at eight Your Sanctuary locations. His neighbor Pokey keeps turning up, usually making things worse.
A battle system with a sense of humor
Battles use a rolling HP meter that ticks down like an odometer, so a quick player can win or heal before a fatal hit finishes counting. Enemies appear on the map instead of at random, and weak ones run away or lose on contact once you have outgrown them. You save by calling Ness's dad from a phone, send items home through Escargo Express, swing Cracked Bats and yo-yos, and wear the Franklin Badge to bounce lightning back. Odd residents like the Mr. Saturns of Saturn Valley and foes like the New Age Retro Hippie set the offbeat tone.

A Nintendo-made cart has a crisp front label, a printed back label with the model number, Nintendo's security screws and the Nintendo name on the circuit board inside. It is a turn-based RPG with a modern small-town American setting. You explore on foot, fight enemies that appear on the map and manage a party of four kids who use psychic powers, gadgets and everyday weapons. The rolling HP meter adds real-time tension to every fight.
Will this cartridge work on my console?
It fits North American Super Nintendo consoles, both the original model and the later SNES Jr. It will not fit a Japanese Super Famicom or a European SNES without an adapter, and it cannot be used with the SNES Classic Edition, which has no cartridge slot.
Does it come with the box or the player's guide?
