Juno, Vela and Lupus against Mizar
The Jet Force Gemini team, twins Juno and Vela and their dog Lupus, fight back after the insect tyrant Mizar and his Drone army overrun the galaxy. Each hero follows a separate route at first, and later you can switch between them to reach areas only one can handle, such as Juno walking through lava, Vela swimming underwater or Lupus hovering over gaps. Planets like Goldwood, Tawfret, Rith Essa and Eschebone mix outdoor fights with underground bases. The Tribals, small bear-like creatures, need rescuing on nearly every stage.
Aiming mode, Floyd and multiplayer
Holding the R button brings up a crosshair, which helps when Drones duck, roll and burst apart. The arsenal grows from a pistol to a machine gun, homing missiles, a sniper rifle and the Tri-Rocket Launcher. A second player can join the main game by controlling Floyd, a floating robot who fires alongside the lead character. Split-screen battle modes support up to four players, and extra multiplayer modes open up as you progress through the campaign.
