The Simpsons: Road Rage for PlayStation 2 (Pre-Owned)

Mr. Burns buys up Springfield's transit system and swaps the buses for radioactive ones, so the town's residents take to the streets in their own cars to earn enough money to buy it back. You pick a driver such as Homer, Marge, Lisa or Apu, each with a car from the show, then race around Springfield picking up passengers and getting them to their destinations before the clock runs out. Places from the series fill the map, including Evergreen Terrace, the Kwik-E-Mart and the nuclear power plant, and passengers crack jokes along the way.

Modes for one or two players

Road Rage is the main mode, where you keep collecting and dropping off fares against the clock and earning money with each ride. Sunday Drive lets you explore Springfield freely without a timer, which is a good way to learn the shortcuts and jumps. Mission mode sets specific driving challenges. Head to Head splits the screen for two players who compete for the same passengers, and it is where the game gets most chaotic, with both cars fighting over every fare on the street.
