Stocke, the White Chronicle and two histories
Stocke is an intelligence agent for the kingdom of Alistel, fighting a long war against Granorg while desertification slowly swallows the continent. When a mission goes wrong, he receives the White Chronicle, a book that lets him return to key moments in time. Guided by the twins Teo and Lippti in the space between timelines, he moves between Standard History and Alternate History, which split from a single decision. Information and skills gained in one timeline unlock progress in the other, and choices that lead to bad endings can be undone.
Pushing enemies across the battle grid
Enemies stand on a three by three grid, and your attacks can push, pull or knock them into other squares. Stack several enemies on one square and every hit strikes the whole group. The turn order is shown on screen, and the Change command lets you swap places with an enemy or ally in the queue to set up long combos, at the cost of taking extra damage until your turn comes. Party members like Raynie, Marco, Aht and Rosch each bring their own skills. Yoko Shimomura, known for Kingdom Hearts, wrote the soundtrack.

Radiant Historia first came out on a standard DS game card in 2011, and Atlus later remade it for 3DS as Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology. This is the original DS version. On any pre-owned copy, check the card's contacts and label for heavy wear. Save data is kept on the card. No. This is the original 2011 Nintendo DS release. Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology is the later 3DS remake with new story content and art, sold as a separate game card.
